Organising a window clean is really easy. The quickest way is to book online via out Instant Online Quoting system but if you’d prefer to speak to someone, we can take a few details over the phone. Once we have the necessary information, we will then provide you with  a FREE no obligation quote, so you will always know what the price is before we start any cleaning.

If you accept our quote we will send you a confirmation messgae informing you on the date of your first clean with a link to our GOCARDLESS payment system. Once you’re set up we will book your job in and you will receive a text notification the day before our first visit. Its that easy !

For window cleaning you will need to get set up on our GOCARDLESS payment system. This is the only method of payment we offer.

For all other services you may pay by card.  All payments can be made on our  Payment page.

With your permission we are happy to clean your windows when you are out providing you are set up on our GOCARDLESS payment system. Unfortunately we are unable to take cash payments.
We always send you a text notification before each clean so you’ll always know when we’re coming and can unlock any gates/ garage doors for easier access. We will leave our calling card after every visit so you know we’ve been, although you’ll know that when you see your sparkling windows.

The frequency depends on your own personal preferences. For all residential clients, we offer a 4 week and an 8 week cleaning schedule. We find that 60% of our customers opt for the 4 week cycle because the windows and frames stay so much cleaner. The same cycles are available for all commercial clients but we can tailor our services to suit your individual requirements.

IMPORTANT Prices for any cleaning schedule outside 8 weeks will be higher than our normal cleaning schedules because of the extra work involved.

No. Our system will not damage any properly maintained paintwork. It will in fact help protect paintwork from algae and lichen etc. However, if you have badly maintained or very loose or flaky paintwork, some paint may be removed during the cleaning process. If this is the case we would not recommend our Pure H2O system and would suggest you find a traditional window cleaner. We do not provide this service.

We will still clean your windows. With traditional window cleaning methods it is impossible to get a good result when it is raining. However, with Pure H2O Technology, because we are using purified water and do not need to polish the glass, rain water does not have any affect on the finished results. Therefore we are able to leave your windows with a sparkling, smear free shine, even in the rain.

We also offer a rain clean guarantee so if you notice any imperfections on your windows as a result of us window cleaning in the rain, we will come and clean them again for free, and if after that you’re still not happy, you wont pay a penny. Every job is guaranteed. No questions, no quibbles.You must always contact us within 48hrs of your window clean to claim under your guarantee.

For all regular window cleaning customers GoCardless direct debit is the only payment method we can accept now. It is the safest way to pay and is protected by the direct debit guarantee for your complete peace of mind. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or transfer payment. We process hundreds of small jobs every week and the admin involved on other payment methods make it far too time consuming.

Payment for all add on services can be made by card for new customers. For existing customers your payment will be processed using GOCARDLESS.

No. You will only pay when we’ve cleaned your windows. If we don’t clean you won’t pay. Payment is always taken 5 days after each clean and you will always receive an email notifying you of every payment.

Nothing. Your direct debit will sit dormant until we clean your windows. You will only ever make a payment via the direct debit once we have completed your clean. This payment will only be made after our 48 hour guarantee, once we know you are completely happy with everything.
