This depends on the size and condition of the patio and drivway being cleaned. We can ussually complete most average sized jobs within a day. We may have to return to the property to resand blockweave driveways. We will aim to return within one week, depending on the weather.

This will depend on where the property is situated. Every property is different. To keep your driveways, patios etc in great condition, we recommend you clean them every 1-2 years.

There are many reasons. Inexperienced people can damage some surfaces using pressurised water, where we have the expertise to clean with zero risk of damage to surfaces. Domestic pressure washers can’t deliver the cleaning results our powewful, commercial, van mounted systems can either. We can also use specialist chemical treatments to remove stains, lichen, white spots and black spots that you wont be able to remove. We will always achieve far better results than anyone using a domestic pressure washer and they will last longer too.

We use state of the art systems powered by Honda engines. Our systems deliver upto 21 litres per minute for unbeatable cleaning results. Most domestic pressure washers won’t deliver more than 10 litres per minute. We also use powerful rotary cleaners for effective targeting of areas, these clean more safely and reduce the mess on your property normal pressure washing creates, eliminating drainage problems also.

Yes, we have an aresenal of secret weapons to deliver optimum cleaning results on a variety of exterior surfaces. Our XtraClean Softwash Treatment is safe and highly effective, removing  many stubborn marks that regular pressure washing can’t remove, including lichen, black spots, white spots, oil and many more.

We have a 650 litre, van mounted water tank in every van, to feed our pressure washing system. However, we  ussually need to top up this tank using your water, depenedent on the size of  your job.  This is common industry practice.

Because we offer you:

  • 20 years expertise in the industry

Customer Case Study

Patio and Driveway Cleaning in Kensington, London.

We were recently entrusted by the PA of an international diplomats family to take care of thier patio and driveway cleaning. This house is valued around £25million. We had already cleaned their windows, for the 1st time, and they were delighted with our service. This property takes security seriously. It’s fully gated, and has a 24 hour security guard. This is why they only use trusted companies through recommendation, so we were privileged & fortunate to secure this job.

As professional patio and driveway cleaners, our team worked hard over 2 days to restore and refurbish their stonework and exterior surfaces to thier former glory. Nathalie, the PA, was very impressed with the patio and driveway cleaning and has already requested us back next year for more pressue washing work. Even the head gardener admitted to the fact the exterior surfaces and driveway has never looked this good, and he used to pressure wash it previously. The gardens are kept beautifully but their team didn’t have the equipment or expertise in patio and driveway cleaning to achieve the results we got. As you’ll see by the pictures and video it was a job well done.

Patio Cleaning in Saffron Walden

Gerry has been a valued client of Premier Clean for over 10 years now. He has moved his properties with us and uses our regular window cleaning service every 4 weeks. We have also carried out gutter clearance and a full gutterline clean on a number of his properties.

Gerry was recently hosting a birthday celebration for his 80 year old father and wanted a patio cleaner at short notice because he ran out of time. This involved working on a weekend, which is something we don’t normally do but we obliged Gerry because he is a valued customer.  This residential patio cleaning was completed for the deadline, to the delight of Gerry and his partner Sarah and the party was a great success.

What makes a Premier PowerClean different to your average pressure washing service?

Zero Risk Of Damage

Water used at high pressure, in the wrong hands, and without the expertise and experience of a trained professional can cause streak marks, remove paint and create scarring on some surfaces, giving poor cleaning results that don’t last. Improper use of high pressured water, can also cause irreversible damage to exterior surfaces, potentially costing a lot more than the small saving made doing it yourself, or employing a lower grade, cheaper service. Heed the warning, buy cheap, buy twice.

Industry Approved Cleaning Technology

We only use the latest, industry approved technology: Trusted Honda engines with a cutting edge European pumping systems. Our pressure washing system is a powerful system delivering up to 21 litres of water per minute, from a van mounted water tank, for unbeatable cleaning power. Our system is fitted with pressure control valves to allow us to regulate the pressure, so we can clean more delicate surfaces with precision and safety, and unleash the full power of the beast when it’s required and safe to do so. This allows us to deliver outstanding cleaning results on a multitude of exterior surfaces with zero risk of damage.

We also use the most advanced rotary cleaners, endorsed by the industry leaders and manufacturers, on all driveways, patios, paths and roofs. This allows us to target the surface safely and more effectively, helping us to achieve outstanding cleaning results every time. Rotary cleaners also reduce the mess and splash back that normal pressure washing can cause. This allows us to clean more efficiently and prevent any potential drainage issues.

Fully Trained Technicians and Money Back Guarantee

But there’s more, because great equipment is only half the story. Only trained professionals can guarantee outstanding cleaning results with zero risk of damage. That’s why we have collaborated with the industry leaders, and chemical manufacturers, giving us the advantage of over 30 years experience to ensure we use the best techniques, solutions and protocols on every single job. That’s why we can confidently offer you a full money back guarantee on every job.
